Let me begin by saying I am extremely farsighted. So much so, that there are no soft lenses made in my prescription :guilty:.

I saw my eye doc on Friday and he told me that the parameters have just been expanded for lasik, and that I am now a candidate for vision correction!!

He recommended Kremer Laser Vision, but I know NO ONE that has ever had this type of procedure done, so I'm looking for some feedback or experiences - good or bad.

Anyone have this done, or know someone who's had it done? Any recommendations?

Thanks :wizard: :3dglasses

I went to Kremer in King of Prussia for my Lasik surgery. I had that in 2000. The company I worked included it with our health insurance - about 50 people in my department had the procedure. Ultimatley, that is why I had it done since there was so many positive reports. I also have a "lifetime warranty" should I ever need a tune up.

Ironically, it was on a Disney trip with our family that I decided to have the procedure. We were at the top of the hill at Blizzard Beach - my BIL was asking me what he was seeing and I could see nothing.

I am so glad I had Lasik - one of the best things ever.

I used Dr. Brian Sucheski (http://www.eye-drs.com/). He was so wonderful! What I really liked was that he did all of the preliminary testing and the actual surgery too. (In some practices you don't meet the surgeon until right before the surgery.) He is kind and gentle.
