Anyone have HD w/Directv?

So yesterday, we got the new HD dish and a new HD DVR Receiver. When he left it seemed to be working ok. Later on, and still, we have some HD channels that are getting an error 771 and our guide doesn't show all the info. We have a non-HD TIVO receiver also, which shows the programming for up to 2 weeks and its working properly, so I know something is just wrong w/the HD setup. Anyone have any ideas, or have any similar issues? We're having the technician back next week. Thanks!
 
Have you tried to call Direct TV and let them send you a signal to the new receiver? Sometimes just turning it off (completely disconnecting the cords from the wall outlets) and waiting 15 seconds will clear the memory. Turn it back on and try again.
If that doesnt work, call them. They will probably tell you to put the box on channel 100 and then they will send you a signal. Hope that fixes the problem.
