We will be at Mickey's Trick or Treat in DCA for Halloween weekend. I'd love to make my DDs halloween themed books. I've seen the ones with the MNSSHP, but none that are without the logo. Can anyone help??? Even with just a few pages (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto) in costume??

TIA!

Here are a few that I made. I got inspiration from Ohana90! I couldn't decide if I liked them with or without the border and I thought the black and white was kind of neat for a halloween theme. :goodvibes I made these 4x6 but can make them 5x7 as well...just let me know which style you like best.

Here are two cover pages if you are needing one:

If you want to personalize it for your child...here is how if you have MS Word:

Text Box

• First copy and paste the image you want to add a name, word or words to.
• Next make sure that your cursor is below the image that you want to insert a text box over by hitting return twice.
• Then look for the tab at the top of word that says "insert", click on it and scroll down and click on "text box".
• Next, a big box will show up on the screen that says text box...ignore this box but look for your mouse that will show up as an +. Move the +/mouse to where you want your text box to go then left click and drag the mouse to make the size box you want for the area you want the wording to go.
• Then go back up to the top of word and click on "format" and click on "text box" in the drop down menu.
• Look for the tab that says "colors and lines". In the fill section make sure the color box says "no color". In the line section make sure the color says "no line". Then the background will show through behind whatever text you type in the box and there won't be a line around the text box.
• Now you can type whatever you want inside the box by clicking inside the box and choosing font and size.
• If the box isn't the right size you can drag the corners and sides to make it the right size.

For the Stitch cover...go to www.dafont.com and download for free the "Mickey" font. It is similar to the font used on the page. Also, make the font white so that your child's name will stand out on the page. Hope this is what you are looking for!

Here is what it will look like with that font...using MS Word:

Here are a few cards for specific characters. These were originally LJCollins DISign so I made these to match the ones that people are already using for MNSSHP. Also, even though I can reformat the cards above in Post #2 to 5x7 if someone needs one...there is too much work to reformat these. I made them 4x6 as that was the size frame that I already had to use:

Dolly-

Fabulous work as always! You amaze me with what you can create. I'll be saving some of these for our 2013 trip, thank you :worship:.

A few princesses/princes:

Nothing better than a mermaid costume!

Animal tamer...okay it is a stretch...but I didn't think she would like to be a scullery maid and every other picture is in her same dress

These pages are amazing! I love the ones w/ black and white, it makes the images really pop. I also like all the ones of specific characters. I will use any you want to make. We are going to Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party also.
Thanks so much, Phoebe

Here are a few that I have been working on this morning:

I was not a big fan of Stitch until I met him in the park...and is absolutely adorable!!! He stole my son's hat and messed up his hair and gave him the biggest hug.

Not sure if Kanga and Roo are at the parks

These characters already have cards...but now you can pick your favorite or have different cards if you are making multiple books!

These are great! How about more princesses, alice in wonderland and friends, villians, step mother and step sisters, and lilo. I'm just thinking of characters I know we will see. Thanks, Phoebe

I just scrolled back through the thread and saw all the princesses they didn't come up before. Thanks, Phoebe

Dolly- I just want you to know I REALLY appreciate the time you are spending on these and I'm sure the original poster will too. When I figure out how to do all of this myself I will be sure to give back to others like you do for us. Now I'm going to see if I can figure out how to get these saved to print them. Do you mind if I request other characters as I think of them? We don't nearly have as many characters at disneyland as there are at disney world but I would like to have cards for the ones I know we'll see. I just remembered Chip and Dale, Woody, Jessie and Buzz, Jack & Sally, Aladdin. Thank you more than you know, Phoebe

Sure...I will try to work on them as I have time. Who are Jack and Sally? Aladdin is already in with the princesses.
