Anyone have feedback on Villas vs. reg rooms?

We really want to stay in the Epcot resort area. We currently have res at Swan, but they don't do the MYW plus dining. My DH is reluctant to agree to the BW because he's concerned about noise. We've already stayed at YC and would like to try something different. Given that info...

How loud is at the BW? Is it quieter in a villa studio?

Is it worth it to have the villa studio room vs a reg room at BW or WL? (I know WL isn't Epcot, but we'd consider it.)

Also, I can't seem to get any info on the BC villas for Oct 9-15. Are they gone? Being renovated?

What are your thoughts on AKL? My friends who have stayed there complained that it was too far away and took forever to get to the parks (except AK). Is it worth the drive to stay there?

We have stayed at the BWV (2 bdrm) last summer and had a room right next to the pool. You would think it would have been a noisey location but it wasnt (well except the time the lanscapers were working outside our room). We were happy with the location and the room.
BCV are still there--we have ressies there in Oct. I havent stayed in one yet but Im sure we will like it as much as we liked BWV.
We have also stayed at AKL and its not that far from the other parks and it didnt take that long to get to the other parks either. Its not to far from the All Stars if that helps you get an idea of their location. We never had a long wait for the bus and we loved the resort and are planning to stay there again.

BWV and BCV are very popular in October due to the Food and Wine Festival. It's possible BCV is soldout.
