Anyone have experience with new DVC membership rules? We are members who bought into DVC via resale before the April 2016 cutoff. Just wondering if we are going to be able to get into the DVC lounge at Epcot?

Yes, you are still eligible for the EPCOT lounge.

White. And you can only see it/print it off of the DVC website.

I'm an owner via resale, 2009. I have a blue card. I've never had trouble getting in to Top of the World.

The Top of the World Lounge is different than the lounge at Epcot. TOTWL is maintained with dues, so all members have access. The Epcot Lounge is funded by DVD (the sales side), so they choose to restrict resale’s, but only those after 4/4/2016.
