Anyone have experience with Best Friend Pet Care?

Hi, this isn't podcast related, but this is the forum I hang out in, so I thought I'd pose this question to all my friends here. Plus, I'm not really sure what forum to post this question in. I'm driving down to WDW in August with my son and we are bringing our dog; his name is Rory and he's the cutest dog in the world! I won't get on that tangent; anyhow, I'm looking for information on Best Friend Pet Care. I've made reservations for the kennel at Epcot and I've searched the boards, but I'm not finding too much information.

Does anyone have experience with these kennels?
