Anyone have any crazy/weird eating or food habits?

I have more food issues then anyone I know. I am a very very very adventurous eater -if it didn't "fly or walk" at one time Love me some veggies and shellfish. I am cool with most fish, too. However, I have insane texture issues. I won't even go into them b/c just thinking of them makes me gag...

I love odd combos, though. Swiss cheese, horseradish, mayo, and cool ranch dorito sandwiches are one of my all time faves. Mmmmmmm.

Oh and I love milk, drink it with everything..well maybe not oranges but with snacks, meals, by itself I love milk, but

I will not drink milk that has had any food in it. I will not drink milk from my cereal bowl, or milk that I have dunked cookies or donuts in. Milk with crumbs grosses me out to the point of gagging. If I even accidently get a crumb in it while eating it's over. And don't get me started with those globs of whipped cream in hot chocolate.....

My kids do this too. Bugs the crap outta me. Who doesn't like milk and cereal. I have to get after them everyday to eat the bowl of cereal. dd13 will drink all the milk exept just enough that covers the bottom of the bowl. She says she doesn't like the cereal dust at the bottom

OK, everyone who doesn't eat the folded chips-pass them over here. I go through the bag and pick them out. Kettle chips are the best because most of them are folded!

Whipped cream in the mouth, my whole family does it. So bring on the swine flu!!

I put ketchup in bean soup, and I eat tater tots with ketchup and sour cream.

I love the half popped kernels left over in the popcorn bowl. Must be why I have so many capped teeth.

I cannot eat any organ meat, any meat that looks like it does when it is alive-like whole lobster or fish with heads on. Oh yeah, I don't eat fish, either. NO strange meats or baby meats (lamb, veal, baby birds...nooooo.)

I love tuna from a can. Note above entry-hate fish, love tuna fish. WTH?

I like milk on my cereal, but just enough so that there is none left when the cereal is gone. It skeeves me out to see someone drink the milk left over.

I HATE regular sweet licorice. Blech.
I prefer mayonnaise on french fries and I have to 'smash' the veggie burger before I can eat it. (The palm squash of the whole sandwich).
I love to drink milk with pizza and mexican food. I put jalapeños in almost anything.

Or tomato paste fried with a bit of olive oil and onions with pasta.

My DSS loves Pizza Pops with ranch dressing. I have to admit it's actually quite good.

Also like Asian style peanut sauce on top of fried rice. yum!! DH makes it best.

I don't mind eating dinner type foods for breakfast either.

Dh likes to take hard boiled eggs and put them into pickle juice for a few days.

I love pickled bologna. Craved it bigtime when I was preggers.

I eat my fries dipped in my frosty too!

I also like cheez-its with a can of coke or a glass of Iced Tea. Doritos and coke. Doritos dipped in sour cream. I dip french fries in Frisch's Tartar sauce or mayo. I eat Miracle Whip sandwiches. BBQ chips or Chili Cheese Fritos on PB&J.
I also cook my Ramen Noodles in plain water, drain it off and then put in the packet.

I'm sure there's more...lol

They are like Pizza Pockets, not sure if you have these in the US either. They are calzone-type thingys that can be heated in the microwave or in the oven.

I used to do that with Wonder Bread when I was about.....6!

I do this with potato and french bread sometimes. Something very satisfying about a bread ball.

I don't like my food that's meant to be separate to touch. I also typically eat all of one type of food on the plate and then move onto the next. I really like mustard and have to have it on grilled cheese, BLTs, etc. I don't care much for ketchup. I love homemade ranch dressing and sometimes just eat that with baby carrots, de-seeded tomato wedges, and english cucumber slices for dinner. I hate the texture of onions so I make food that typically has it without and just use onion powder. I actually have a lot of food-texture issues - I don't care for yogurt or pudding much, I don't like the textures of bananas or grapes, I don't eat seafood because it smells bad to me and all looks squishy, if I get a "bad bite" of chicken or beef I'm done. I'm pretty picky and have a lot of food quirks like that - I was vegetarian for a few years in college and it would be very easy for me to go back. A lot of "traditional" dishes I like, but only when I make them because I adapt them the way I like - for example, potato salad I make with lots of hardcooked eggs and mustard and with red potatoes with skins left on and Best Foods Real Mayo (never Miracle Whip or anything else), and leave out celery/pickles/onions/etc. And I love my own lasagna but that's because I cook it without onions - things like that. I also usually find one or two things I like on a menu and always get them because I know they're sure bets.

I'm not sure if I eat any real unusual combinations - sometimes I have a craving for Spaghettios, and I melt shredded cheddar into them and then scoop them up with saltine crackers and eat them that way.

Aw man... I drive my parents crazy with my food habits!

Let's see...

I eat the edges off my pop-tarts before I eat the middle
I mix my mac-n-cheese with peas
I eat the chocolate coating off my swiss cake roll before I eat the rest
I eat the peanut butter out the Nutty Bar before I eat the rest
I like to put my Oreos in a glass, soak em with milk, then stir it up and drink it! YUM!!

I'm sure there's more, just can't think of it at the moment...

ME!!! I hate soggy food, period.

Um...

I eat peanut butter plain sometimes. Like, I get a spoon, scoop out some peanut butter, and just lick it off the spoon. I eat that for breakfast sometimes.

Can't think of anything else. I'm a very picky eater.
