I do this with potato and french bread sometimes. Something very satisfying about a bread ball.
I don't like my food that's meant to be separate to touch. I also typically eat all of one type of food on the plate and then move onto the next. I really like mustard and have to have it on grilled cheese, BLTs, etc. I don't care much for ketchup. I love homemade ranch dressing and sometimes just eat that with baby carrots, de-seeded tomato wedges, and english cucumber slices for dinner. I hate the texture of onions so I make food that typically has it without and just use onion powder. I actually have a lot of food-texture issues - I don't care for yogurt or pudding much, I don't like the textures of bananas or grapes, I don't eat seafood because it smells bad to me and all looks squishy, if I get a "bad bite" of chicken or beef I'm done. I'm pretty picky and have a lot of food quirks like that - I was vegetarian for a few years in college and it would be very easy for me to go back. A lot of "traditional" dishes I like, but only when I make them because I adapt them the way I like - for example, potato salad I make with lots of hardcooked eggs and mustard and with red potatoes with skins left on and Best Foods Real Mayo (never Miracle Whip or anything else), and leave out celery/pickles/onions/etc. And I love my own lasagna but that's because I cook it without onions - things like that. I also usually find one or two things I like on a menu and always get them because I know they're sure bets.
I'm not sure if I eat any real unusual combinations - sometimes I have a craving for Spaghettios, and I melt shredded cheddar into them and then scoop them up with saltine crackers and eat them that way.![]()
Oooh, I do this too. Dh gets mad if I burn it too much though because then the kitchen smells. But it doesn't matter to me.
Dh won't drink tap water from the bathroom, he says it's gross.
I like to eat a bite of mashed potatoes and then a bite of creamed corn, but it's gross when people mix it together on the plate.
I like m&m's and salt and vinegar chips mixed together.
I love my grilled cheese with ketchup, but maybe that's not too uncommon?
I also like fries with ranch dressing, mayo, mustard, etc.
Jarred or fresh jalapenos in pasta sauce is really tasty, too!
I drink milk with everything. It's my favorite drink.
ME!!! I hate soggy food, period.
Um...
I eat peanut butter plain sometimes. Like, I get a spoon, scoop out some peanut butter, and just lick it off the spoon. I eat that for breakfast sometimes.
Can't think of anything else. I'm a very picky eater.
Aw man... I drive my parents crazy with my food habits!
Let's see...
I eat the edges off my pop-tarts before I eat the middle
I mix my mac-n-cheese with peas
I eat the chocolate coating off my swiss cake roll before I eat the rest
I eat the peanut butter out the Nutty Bar before I eat the rest
I like to put my Oreos in a glass, soak em with milk, then stir it up and drink it! YUM!!
I'm sure there's more, just can't think of it at the moment...![]()
My favorite snack is saltines crushed up in a bowl with Ortega taco sauce mixed in. DFiance thinks I'm nuts!![]()

My name is Wendy, and I do NOT mayonnaise. In fact, I detest it. Can't stand the smell of it, the look of it, anything. I will avoid anything with mayonnaise in it. I feel the same way about ranch dressing or sour cream. I get completely grossed out watching someone eat a salad covered w/ ranch dressing when their lips get white from the dressing. Gag me!
I like dipping my Wendy's french fries into my Frosty! Yummo!
I put ketchup on steak. This highly offends my DH - especially if he's the one who grilled the steak.
I don't like the mushrooms. They are too squishy in my mouth. But I will eat something w/ cream of mushroom soup in it.
Chips folded or flat - either way, but I cannot stand sour cream & onion chips & forbid anyone in my house to eat them - the smell is horrid.
I eat my M & M's in a pattern.
Oh, & coffee. I can pour a cup of hot coffee & sip on it for awhile & then, for whatever reason, not finish the cup. I can then come back at the end of the day, pick up the cup, & drink the coffee that's left. Even if it's been left on the bathroom counter. Totally grosses my DH out. I *heart* anything coffee-flavored.
But, my main thing is mayonnaise. Hate.
I think I actually made a face when I read the Spag O part. You know, they make knives for this sort of thing. Oh well. At least you aren't doing it in public. Are you?Mayonnaise on everything. (Only Hellamn's)
Peanut butter in scrambled eggs
And for the worst food habit I have....can't believe I am going to share this......................I like spaghettios with meatballs but I chew up all the meatballs and spit them back in before I actually start to eat the spaghettios. I am ashamed to tell you that I have been doing this for about thirty years. Yes thirty!
I don't like to eat any kind of chips or doritos that are folded. If its folded, I will pass and pick out the ones that are nice and flat.![]()
I eat pb from the jar, too. Yum!!!

I used to do that with Wonder Bread when I was about.....6!![]()
