I currently have a basic store which is $15.95 a month plus the per item fee of .06..and the 10% final value fee. After all that my monthly bill runs between $200 & $300 
The flyer I received from Prostores says there is no per item listing fee plus instead of a 10% fvf its only .5%. The store tier I am looking to is the "Business" where it is $29.95 p/month. It sounds good but almost too good ?? It would certainly save me alot of money..or at least it seems like it would. Here's the info from ebay
