Anyone have an idea when Airtran will release Dec. rates?

I looked back at when I purchased my Dec. tickets last year and it was mid-to-late April. I waited about a week until the fares went down; they normally load the highest fares first.

AND sometimes Airtran will have coupons mailed out for Mothers Day so I try to wait until then to book my December fare.

darn...and we just booked our Nov. flights! Would we be able to use the coupon towards paying for checked bags???

I"m not sure. I've used coupons to pay for seat assignments in the past but not for baggage fees.
