Mine was working just fine until I went to print christmas cards on it. There were faint lines and I cleaned the heads but it didn't really help. I left it until a week or so ago and now it won't print at all. Earlier this week I replaced every ink cartridge and cleaned the heads about a dozen times. Now it only prints yellow. No black, blue or red. It's probably something stupid I'm sure but has anyone had this experience and been able to fix it??

Can't find anything there that addresses our particular issue but I did find a tech support number that I can call tomorrow. Thanks!

Well that's lovely, just lovely  Apparently this is a very common problem and it can't be fixed. Epson's solution has been to send a new C88 printer out to those who are still under warranty. Mine expired 4 months ago :sad2: Dog gone it!!! (I cleaned that up to make it Disworthy) this was a $100 printer, which for us is a LOT to spend. Looks like it's off to Walmart for a $20 disposa-printer. I had better luck with that one.

I have a C86 with the same problem. Nothing I do fixes it. I had a similar problem with a Canon and ended up getting rid of it. I have a laser and an inkjet and it seems like if I don't use the inkjet every day, eventually this happens. I can only print in blue and yellow right now on my C86. I would love to find an inkjet that can sit for a while without printing and still work fine.
