Anyone have a yummy Fudge recipe?

Here is my favorite:

3 cups chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter

Mix together and microwave till melted ( i usually do this for about a minute, stop and stir, then another 1-2 minutes)
Pour into greased dish till set then cut.

I have found you can mix it up with the different types of chips you use;for example 2 cups milk choc with 1 cup dark or semisweet, you can also use white chocolate, butterscotch, etc. and any add ins you like such as nuts or coconut or whatever you prefer :thumbsup2

This is my families fav:

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
12 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup roasted salted almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 tsp almond extract

Instructions:
1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside.

2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and milk. Microwave, uncovered, at 30% power for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until smooth. Stir in the almonds, extract, cranberries and apricots. Spread into prepared pan.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard foil; cut fudge into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks (do not freeze).
