Anyone have a list of water fountain locations?

The last time we went to Disney (first time in a long time for my wife and I), my son and I carried our Camelbacks while my wife and daughter went with water bottles. My wife and daughter ran out of water frequently while my son and I were fine.

We found the water fountains in Future World West in Epcot by the bathrooms, and the ones in Tomorrowland in MK, but I didn't see any others.

Does anyone know where the rest of the water fountains are located?

Fountains are by all the restrooms. And quick service restaurants will give you cups of water.

The large cup of courtesy ice water in the QS restaurants is great!

We always bring water bottle into the parks and just refill them. Last trip we brought our rapid refill mugs for water since some of our breakfasts were at qs resorts before the parks where we got coffee, soda, or lemonade with our meals. We filled them up at water fountains at the parks, where as pp said are located at restrooms. DH asked for courtesy cups of ice at cs meals in the parks so we could divide the ice between our mugs and then we just refilled with water from the fountains. Some fountains we find have very cold water but some don't, so that was nice to have. Ice is kinda hard to get into water bottles!

We went July 4th last year with water bottles. I would do it again. However, I go in knowing from experience many of the fountains did not work. The few that worked during the hot summer had lines. We found them next to "venus" shop, the Cinderella fountain ( had the coldest water) Many are located near restrooms. Find the ones in the shade, they had the coldest water. In the sun, warm water. Some of the fountains just trickle out. The QS give out water. We would get extra with meals. Just the ice and within no time we had cold ice water.

I find it handy to have a refillable water bottle that has a "wide mouth" top on it. Easy to pour ice water into - as others have said, you can get free cups of ice water at any CS restaurant. And because the ice water is filtered, it tastes better than the water form drinking fountains (plus it's cold!).

It's so easy to stop for water at quick service locations. I did this when I was pregnant on one trip and stopping at nearly every location to make sure I stayed hydrated. Took very little time out of my day and I didn't have to carry anything around the parks.

It's so easy to stop for water at quick service locations. I did this when I was pregnant on one trip and stopping at nearly every location to make sure I stayed hydrated. Took very little time out of my day and I didn't have to carry anything around the parks.

As long as you can avoid doing this during the lunch time crush, it can take just a few minutes to wait in line, ask for the water, etc. I can't see this being too quick during the lunch/dinner times though, unless you are cutting the line and just going up to the counter? That would be rude, as you'd be taking someone away from filling an order that a paying customer is waiting for.

when it is busy there normally is a CM standing out side greeting people and handling out menus I just ask ( even thought I know) can you get a free cup of water here they normally go yes walk you up to the counter and ask a CM behind it to hand you one I am in and out in 2 minutes

A lot of the counter service restaurants had cups of water already made and sitting on the ends of the counter. You didn't even have to ask, just go by and pick it up. The CM were pointing people toward the water cups. That was very convenient and a LOT of the places were doing it this way last summer.

Lunch and dinner times we were always eating, so I had water with my meals.
