Anyone have a guess at the recipe for BOMA ribs?

I was at Disney in March 2003 and I have been CRAVING Boma's ribs. They were AWESOME. My little brain keeps chanting "Need RIBS!" "Neeed RIBS!"

Anyone make a stab at the recipe? I'd like to make some for my birthday tomorrow....(gee, I must be getting old....I used to wish for shoes....need to throw down the napkin and go buy shoes instead....AFTER TOMORROW....need ribs recipe!)

you should have asked them for it.

When we were at Ohana's a few months back with about 6 friends of our, we all said we loved the salad dressing, the waitress came out with printed recipe sheets. said most of the restaurants have them.

and saying " GET OUT!" It hadn't occured to me that they would GIVE ME THE RECIPE!

Crap......oh well.

Next time we are at Boma, I will remember to ask them, then I'll post it for you.

Anyone else going to Boma? maybe you could do the same since it will be a bit before we go again.

Or call them, and maybe they can fax it to you..
