Anyone have a good source for logos?

I am making some personalized name badges like the ones in the gift shops (that never have my kid's names ) . I was wondering if anyone has a good source for ride/attraction logos that I could use? I have thousands of pictures from our various trips that I could modify into something but would prefer to have the actual logos.

In particular I am looking for:
Jedi Training Academy
Test Track
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur
Soarin'
Tower of Terror
