Yesterday when I tried to open up my iTunes on my laptop it came up telling me that ITunes couldn't open because some of it's files were missing and to reinstall iTunes again :scared1:

I tried re installing from the Apple website and nothing would work, any how about 5 mins later my AVG virus checker popped up and said that a file called smallbog was there and it was a trojan horse (even more :scared1::scared1:)

I then checked on the Apple forums and found that many people had this trouble over the last few days, it now appears that it was a false positive from AVG which effectivley quarentined iTunes and caused a lot of hassle. The general gist of it (from the forums) was that some one at AVG who was annoyed (putting it nicely) and made up a fake virus that would stop people using iTunes. All seems well now but I was really worried yesterday about what it had done to my computer!

I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem over the last couple of days?
