Anyone Had a "Bad" experience with a Rental Home?

I've seen the various postings on rental homes vs hotels, and I'm sold!

However, I want to know if there is any particular company I should stay away from. I've visited the VRBO website and it has TONS of information and rentals.

I've also visited Premier Homes and waiting on a quote and availability.

Just curious if anyone has any others and if there are any bad reports... Thanks!

Sorry, can't help...

We had a fabulous stay with Premier. Our home was in Indian Ridge Oaks and it was wonderful. Having the pool was the biggest hit with our 4 year old DD!
