I just got a 40% in the mail today...i received my DVD about 2 weeks ago.

Me too! I actually called my DH in before I opened it b/c I just knew it was a discount! - needless to say it was a bit of a disappointment! Still hoping that someday my discount will come

I just called to see if there was PIN associated with my name. I got all excited when the CM told me that yes there was a Magic Your Way discount!!! Then, he told me it was for a free upgrade on my park tickets. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Guess I'll wait a little longer and see what develops.

I just got a SECOND pin code for a package deal!

I keep calling and telling them I'm an AP holder, but the offers never change. Everything comes with parkhoppers.

Hopefully we will see an AP offer for June

the one i have is 40% off at select deluxe resorts in a standard room.
It has various dates throughout the year....none fall on school breaks for me though...and I'm not interested in going in the summer.

That is a really good discount. Hopefully you'll be able to fit a trip in when you can use it. I so would take AKL for $135 a night! The best AAA rate I can get in Value season is close to $190.

I just got a 40% off mailer. We are already renting from a DVC member but were thinking about adding a night on the front at the Poly on Nov 7. Unfortunately Jersey Week is not approved for this discount.

Would you please share the phone number you used. I use the toll free number a lot and I have no code. Do you you need to use the regular number, the 407 A/C one? Please share the phone number you used if you got the 40% discount, please.

I got a pin in an e-mail a little while back for 20% off... Unfortunately, I'm not planning for a trip until next year, but it was still fun to get the pin. I ordered a vacation planning DVD a couple weeks ago. My guess is that's why the e-mail came.
Does anybody know when the vacation planning DVDs usually come out with the info for the NEXT year?
I'm planning on ordering next year's as soon as I can...because I'm a bit overeager....

Disney sometimes sends out postards or e-mails that have a discount - they have pin numbers and when you call to make your reservation you give them that number and get whatever deal your e-mail or flyer says - they seem to be anywhere from 20% - 40% or a ticket uprade. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to who gets them although there is some speculation that ordering the vacation DVD from the Disney site may help. I've done that every year and every year haven't gotten a code You also can call Disney and ask if you have any codes or discounts attached to your name, some people have found they have one that way. I would definetly call and see if you have one - I know some people have been able to apply a discount code to their existing reservation so that might happen to you! Also some have received codes in the mail even after they booked so there's still a chance you could get one - I'm hoping for the same as we're booked already to.

Don't feel badly about the questions We went on our first family trip a few years ago (first since I was a kid) and I remember being overwhelmed! Wish I had known about these boards then - they help alot even though we go every year now I always get new info. from them.
