I can't decide if I want to go to HHN or not - can anyone who has been to HHN in the past post some pics please?

I would be very grateful! :teeth:

i can't remember what thread they were on.

Thanks, macraven! Found some! :thumbsup2

After I found it, thought I might as well bring it to the front page just in case anyone else was curious! :teeth:

I think DH and I will probably go this year as we'll have "The Gramps" with us to look after DD! :cheer2:

I know the feeling.... I LOVE HHN and have been 3 times so far. I am sad that I will not make it out there this year (although I don't like the "Sweet 16" story line)...

A tip to the once going for the first time; If you go to HHN buy the booklet that gives you the right to go in the houses via a fast line (sorry, I can't get the name in my head)... But like that you can do the houses once early on and a second time using the ticket to bypass the long lines. On some nights, using this strategy, I did houses 3 times....

Enjoy

Yeah, I'll probably get the booklet too. Even if you are there early in the Stay and Scream area, the line still goes 100 people who camp out at the gate. I can usually make it thru 4-5 houses with little wait, but usually miss one or two at the end because the line is 1 hour and I don't feel like waiting.

If I plan on being at the park the day we go to HNN's, so we are inside before they close for HNN's, what time do you suggest I get there? (PS: I don't mean to hijack the thread, I really did come here to see the pics!)

hey yellow fish..........!!

be in the park by 4:40. make your way to the stay and scream area so you will have a head start on hhn.
the latest i arrived for the park was at 4:55 and had a difficult time telling the security gents i had a hhn ticket and was just returning from being there at the park earlier.
had to fight the crowd going in.

kind of like swimming up stream...kwim?

Thanks a bunch! I know I've asked this before  but now it's written down! I think we are planning on being there by 3p. I'll let us sleep in at Disney then eat before we head over to UO. I still can't get over the fact that I dropped $234 for HHN tickets...but our 2D UO tickets were free so I guess it all works out! Now just to buy Mears tickets for two days worth of travels! (And pray that Mears arrive on time!)

from my experience of doing hhn for the last 5 years, i find that the parks get crowded around 3:00.

people are arriving for HHN and want to catch some rides, walk around the park to see where different scare zones might be, catch something to eat and get to the stay and scream on time.

3:00 is a great time to get to the parks.

Right, half the people in the stay and scream area are either waiting at the gate for the first house, or in line at the bar to get liquored up. Doing that isn't a good idea, because it's a long night, and catching a buzz makes me hungry. That's why I usually miss the last house. Wait one hour? Naw, I want food, back to the hotel for left over pizza. Yeah, make sure you have some leftovers back at the hotel, because most places will be closed by the time you get out of there. 3pm is when I usually arrive too.
