Anyone going to be at POR Sept 30-Oct 6th time frame??

We are arriving on the 28th and leaving on the 7th. This is our second trip as a family Myself, 29, Hubby, 32, DD 6 and DD 4 and our first MNSSHP. I went to Home Depot last night and got my lime green mickey heads to hang on everything. We have requested AB section because my husbands brother is meeting us down there for a few days, so we need the trundle. I have been collecting little "TINK" gifts for my girls for tinkerbelle to leave for them everyday--I am so excited about pulling that off!! I'll be looking for Mickey heads!!!! Amanda from TN

Congrats on the new baby. Maybe we will see you at POR - we will be there Sept 30-Oct 3 - it will be mine and DH's 3rd trip this year. I requested the mansions Paterre Place in particular since its closest to POFQ (my favorite moderate resort) but I hear there is construction going on so I may be requesting something different.

BusyMom ... we are about an hour from Niagara Falls in a city west of Toronto, Ontario. We usually go to Niagara Falls and Buffalo at least once or twice a year to shop.

Pirates of Huron ... i noticed you are from Owen Sound ... how are you getting to DW?? Are you flying ... if so when do you leave??

Only 18 days to go ... we have the suitcases out and have been adding my two dd's clothes. I have bought their tinkerbelle gifts which will arrive on the morning we leave and i'm contemplating over what to do for princess dresses. Now that the hallowe'en costumes are in the stores, I can't help but want to buy new ones for them. They have princess dresses, but not a disney dress.

We can't wait ... but i want to enjoy this planning and packing time and not wish the trip away!!

During the summer, we are all over southern Ontario almost every day as both of my boys play minor lacrosse. Been to Owen Sound too! (twice for their annual tournament) Lovely area! Sept 28-Oct 6th!! POR AB!! Can hardly wait!

We can hardly wait too!! This is the first time we are going as a family ... and i have a couple of questions. Is everyone packing for hot summer weather?? Where is everyone dining?? Anyone doing MSHP??

Time is going by so fast! It seems like just the other day I was saying it was 5 monthws til we leave..lol

I am definately packing for hot weather. Well i say that.. I will wear jeans and short sleeve shirts but I am packing very summery for the kids.

I am still begging hubby to lets do MNSSHP but he just can't see where it would be worth spending an extra $100+ on.

I know what you mean .. we booked in May and it felt so far away ... and now it's almost here!! As I said earlier ... i want to enjoy these final two planning weeks ...even as hectic as they will be!!

We are packing for the heat, rain and slightly cooler nights!! So needless to say ... our 5 suitcases (includes 2 kids size ones) are ready for packing.

I thought I'd chime in, too. We are at POR from the 21st to the 29th. I am down to a week, and I'm starting to "make lists". I am a list maker...otherwise I'd surely forget something important (resort confirmation!) Anyway, we're in AB also. Hope to see some of you!

I'll be there with my DS16mo and best friend, from September 27-October 3. Don't know what section we will be in as we didn't make any special requests.

Hi - we'll be there then too. POR in the mansion section. We love it there and have been many times. It's just my hubby & me - we don't have kids, so we are the kids! We're looking forward to the food fest at epcot. we went there last year during the fest and didn't know it was there till we found stumbled on all the food booths! We ate ourselves around the world and loved it.
