We are going in a few months and my dd has very bad dairy allergies. She is not lactose intolerant, but something worse. The protein in dairy makes her very sick which lasts for a few days. Now obviously I don't want to take any chances while down there! I have become pretty good at knowing what she can and can't have, but I know this will be a whole new experience with that. She drinks Soy milk and I will be bringing some powdered toddler formula with me so I don't have to worry about that. It is the food I am worried about. Since we are doing the free dining plan and she is under 3, she will have to eat off mine and my mother's plates. We have planned buffets for almost every dinner while there, but what about lunch, breakfast, snacks...She is not your average toddler and actually prefers to eat things that are good for you (beets, broccoli, bananas...) so I am lucky there and I figure I can just buy her some fruit or something for snacks. I just have no idea about the rest and it is making me very worried! Any ideas are welcome! Thank you so much. I love this board!!!
