Just wondering what it was like and if it was worth it? Also do you have to be a camper to do it or can anyone go?

Thanks :sunny:

Anyone can go. The ride starts at the Fort Wilderness Stables, which is near the Kennel. It's a pretty laid back ride, no trotting or anything. It's pretty relaxing. I'm going week after next. Sometimes you can see wildlife on the ride. I think it's about 45 minutes long, if I remember correctly.

I did it a few years ago on the food and fun pass, not available anymore, it was great. I got a really big horse, its a slowish ride through woods mainly on a trail, following the guide, but its interesting. You may need bug repellent though, I had wished I had it but it was hot. Wear pants too.

I have heard that only 9 years + can go, so if you have younger kids they are not able to go but there is a pony type farm there where they can ride the ponies.

From what I remember when I called - and someone correct me if I am wrong - but it runs about $32.

Hubby is going to go this year while I take the kids on the ponies :)
