I called at 7...kept hitting redial till the phone lines opened and still on hold. One of my friends called at the same time and she has gotten through and made 2 changes already

Nothing at Pop, ASMo, AsMu, only garden or water views at POFQ, POR...CBR has standard but I don't want CBR......

I called a couple times before 7 but finally got through at about 7:02, wait times of over 60 minutes! I also have 2 rooms, so prefer to do it over the phone... Hope I'm done before I have to take DS to school!

20 minutes through my 45 minute wait so far! I hope they have a room for us! We will take any moderate! I have never waited this long for a free dining offer before...this is crazy!

I booked online- wanted CSR, preferred and got it- $1645 for 2 A 1C for Aug 25-29 (we only got 2 day tickets since we have APs).

All room views were available at that time for CSR.

on hold now....but gotta get the kids ready for school soon.... been on hold since 7:01! I expected this, but hope I can get through before 7:45 (fingers crossed).... I have a room at pop reserved already for 8/25-8/31.... wonder if they will let me modify it???

I would book online but I already have an existing reservation I just want to change. I wish dis reservations had the online chat function.
