Hi! We cancelled our reservations for September 13 thru 16th. Southwest credited our credit card for the airport fee only. I called and they said no problem they would credit the rest. It has been over a week now with still no credit. Has anyone received their credits?? How long did it take?? I really hate to bug them because I know they have been swamped with requests.
