Anyone get their Christmas Parade email yet?

I am new to this forum thing - but I am trying to findout what my rights are if I attended a timeshare presentation and I was still charged full price for disney world tickets. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company - but to no avail. Do I contact the Florida Attorney General?
