Anyone get the new planner yet?

We do, it has the point charts for the upcoming year. And sometimes we get a nice little gift also

Why does it seem as if Member Services is living in the stone age? No online booking, everything seems to be delayed when getting something via mail, and no ability to view developer points info. It seems that once I signed the papers and became a member, that the level of customer service went way down.

I agree that Member Services is way too slow and behind the times. The new books should have been out long ago. Has anyone heard any news recently as to the delay?

I talked to my guide last Wednesday and he said he'd look into it and get back to me but I haven't heard anything. hopefully soon!!

On the upside, I did get my Passporter 2008 in the mail last week!

I got a curtsey call from DVC - last week? maybe around the 16th. They were just checking in ask a few questions etc - he did say the new planner should be out early - mid Dec. and that the reason it was late this year was because of all the changes being made to the rules. He said something about having to re-edit the book more times than usual.

Sorry I can't be more specific, it was really busy when he called and I had snagged the phone thinking it was my sister calling about my mom hence the lack of focus on what would normally be a high point in my day... any conversation concerning Disney!
