Hello everyone!
Just wondering if anyone here is from Leesburg,VA or around that area? Or if you don't live there, have visited there? My boyfriend is a firefighter
and we are traveling from Pennsylvania there soon because he is taking the firefighter testing for Leesburgh,VA/Loudoun County. While hes taking his test, I wanted to check out the area because we quite possibly could be moving there if the testing goes well etc. The main "attraction" was: Leesburg Corner Premium Outlet shopping. Other then that the Historic District. I am going to research more(but would love to hear more about it from someone that lives or been there--that beats any research!
) about the area and places to visit around the fire academy. I hope its easy to navigate around the area as well!!
Any information would be great! Thank you!

. You'll likely get a colonial vibe as that style architecture pops up all over (tastefully done). Leesburg itself is not a big town and doesn't seem too difficult to navigate. But traffic in the whole DC Metro area is a challenge and a little snow seems to freak people out
; My sense is that it's a great place for families but investigate how much there is for young adults (I don't know). In closer to DC would have a lot more going on for you but the cost of housing goes up as you move east. Also have him check out the cost of living - it be higher than what you're used to. You can go even further out or even into WVa to get cheaper housing so that's an option.
