We are leaving next weekend for a weekend trip from JFK and flying Jet blue.

I know that it is okay to bring my DS (13months) a bottle and a cup of juice.
What I was wondering is once you get through security is there anyplace to buy cherrios or little snacks for my baby to eat on the plane?
thanks

We usually go out of Newark or Atlantic City, so I don't know anything about JFK, but why don't you just bring your own in a little baggy. No airports have any issues with that.

We've flown out of JFK tons of times, but always bring baggies of snacks plus snack traps and other food for our kids. It's always good to have extra too, in the event of a delay. I wouldn't rely on the airport to purchase snacks.

You can do that?
I thought you couldn't do that! YAY:woohoo:
I was under the impression that any food brought in that wasn't like in a jar wasn't allowed.

I don't have toddlers anymore but I have flown JetBlue from JFK. There are great places to buy food in the terminal. Huge variety of stuff.

You can bring snacks, it is the juice or liquid that is a problem. I always take an empty sippy cup for my DS and then buy a bottle of apple juice or something like that after security. Last I checked, you still couldn't bring liquids through security.

You can bring your baby's millk and juice. You can also pack snacks. I appreciate your anxiety, and it will be fine! We had to get soy milk (and lots of it!) through security due to my little one's imilk intolerance. I had a dr's note, and it was all OK.
