You need a smart phone to do it... and there are free apps to read the codes...

I just can't find the pesky thing! lol

I was able to scan the computer screen with my iPhone.

Damo google QR reader. Save the PDF as a JPEG then crop down to the QR barcode. Then you upload it to a photobucket of sorts and post the image to something such as http://miniqr.com/reader.php. It will give you a link to click on then will take you to universal.
