Anyone find EE too intense?

Does the ride go backwards while going downhill? Don't think I'd like that.

My limit is Space Mtn., I think I would be fine on EE if it weren't for the "reverse" part, that would most likely make me sick. It ain't easy bein' queasy.

I can do most roller coasters but do not like upside down, so past on RnR (yes, I've done it once). I get motion sickness and did find my ride on EE to mess with my head while going backwards. It really threw my balance off. I love drops (like splash) so the drop was no big deal. When I got off, my legs were a little weak, but I did not get sick and just had to sit for a few minutes to recoup (of course, hubby went back on the ride when he knew I was OK). I can do ToT, BTMR, SM, but can not do teacups or star tours, dumbo or carosel.

Someone on the boards really helped me a long time ago by suggesting that long drops are do-able if you put your chin on your chest. It works like a charm, and turned Splash Mountain into a fun ride for me. Now if someone has a comparable tip for the backwards thing I'll be all set! (One person on this thread says don't put your head back, another says do put your head back. Any tie-breakers???) :confused3

Wellllllll, I rode it 5 times and found that I enjoyed the ride MUCH more with my head back, but it was more of a comfortable thing, not a so-I-won't-get-sick thing. HTH! :teeth:

Can any compare EE to Journey to Atlantis at Seaworld? OR Indiana Jones ride in DL? Trying to figure out if I can do it. TT made me sick, but I can do Splash & have done these two rides. Thanks.
