I love these bowling concepts and I'd like to go to the one in DTD/DS. I made a reservation for the "dining room" but I would assume there is no bowling there? Does anyone know if you can use dining credits in the bowling alley? Am I correct that you bowl & eat at the same time?

What kind of pricing structure do they run there? Is it an hourly rental? Frames rental? Is it difficult to get a lane?

We're also going specifically for the sushi, in addition to bowling of course.

I ate in the dining room last year. Doesn't mean your actually going to bowl as well. We just ate and left, in fact I never even actually saw a bowling lane while I was in there. I think your going to have to either eat in the dining room and go bowl after, or eat the "bar food" and bowl at the same time. Not sure if your going to get the same full menu you'd get in the dining room.

You can bowl an order food at the same time, they have tables and chairs set up in each lane. You can also start eating at a regular table and when your lane is ready you can take your food to the lane. You pay by the hour and not by games, depends on how many people in your group.
And if you go on Thursday night they have a pretty cool band playing outside in the bar area ;) (my son's band)
We like Splitsville very much, here's a video of the setup

Thanks, yulilin3, maybe I'll keep my reservation and then ask for a lane at the same time. If somehow my lane is ready right away I'm sure they'll let me reservation not count as a no show.

It's rare that you need an ADR to eat in the dining room of Splitsville. I might cancel the ADR and just show up, so you can avoid any potential no show fees.

you won't have a problem, have fun!!

We went first thing in the morning (there is ...or at least, was...a discount in the AM). We had no trouble getting a lane and then ate lunch after bowling. It was great fun. Good food too....I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the food.

We went for an early dinner one day and there was no wait. We bowled while we ate. It was probably around 4pm. We had a reservation but we were a couple hours early due to rain and leaving the park, and they seated us right away.

I'll probably keep it just as a reminder and cancel it before our trip or when I cancel other tentative ADRs.

Just to add to this, they charge by the hour. Not sure how much it is/was, sorry But I do know they do lane rentals by the hour.

We just went to Splitsville last week.

It is not by the hour but by the number of people in your group. We also took advantage of the before 4pm bowling discount that comes in the Magic your way package info (20% off.)

We paid $25 for 1 hour of bowling for 2 ppl, price included tax & shoes. The more people in your party, the longer time you are given. We manage to get 4 games in within the hour.
We also played pool, which was a flat fee of $10 and unlimited time wise. I'm sure if its busy, they will place you on a time limit.

You pay per person but you have a time limit depending on how many people are in your group. 60 mins for up to 2 people, 75 minutes for 3, 90 minutes for 4-5, and 105 minutes for 6-8 people.

If you go before 4 PM it is $15.00 per person. After 4 it is 20.00 PP
They offer AP and DVC discounts as well.
The food is really good and we have really enjoyed both dining room and lane experiences. The food choices are the same it is just the location that changes. :)

We usually have 3 to 4 of us and will bowl and eat so we get 2 complete games and dining in the 90 minutes we are there.
