I've been referred to mouseearvacations.com, and they have a great deal for the cruise that I'm looking at (it's the MouseFest 2003). Yet, I would like to hear any comments from any of you that may have experience with them...

Thanks so much! ;)

We booked our 7 day September cruise with Sue at mouseearvacations.com and had a great experience. She dealt with us our many changes and kept track of the pricing for us. I never spoke to her but handled the entire transaction thru e-mail & never had any problems getting a hold of her. She sent gifts for our kids before the trip & we got a holiday card with a 2003 Disney calendar from her as well. 5 stars!

Our very first 7 day Eastern Cruise on Disney Magic was booked thru them. We dealt with Chris and it couldn't have been easier. They do a wonderful job and it's very easy to communicate with them. I talked to Chris twice and the rest of the time we communicated thru e-mail. She replied quickly and always answered my questions. We recommend them highly. We had a great experience with them. We received a nice card from her just before our cruise wishing us a wonderful time and one was in our mail when we returned welcoming us back. You can't go wrong dealing with them.

first disney cruise. Our agents name was Beci Mahnken. One word to describe her AWESOME!!!! She was the nicest, most knowledgable travel agent I ever dealt with. I was a little leary at first about booking with an internet agency - But I could not have been more pleased with the service we got.

I checked them out for Mousefest as well. I have a problem with the cancel fee they add on for themselves if you must cancel. Even if there is no fee for cancelling with Disney, mouseears has their own.

I don't think Dreams does this, do they?

We are in the process of using them for our June 2003 Eastern Magic cruise. Have been dealing with Tim and he is great! I was apprehensive about using an internet agency, but he quickly put my fears to rest. No problems...have spoken with him twice on the phone and many other communications through e-mail. Always very quick to respond and has provided plenty of information whenever I have questions. The only thing I have found, and this isn't really a complaint, is that Disney will not grant us the first time cruiser credit. Tim has spoken with Disney, and I have spoken with them as well, but the answer is "no" because of the price we are paying. Disney claims since we are paying a "group" rate, we do not qualify for the first time cruiser credit. Go figure...

Thanks for all of the responses! They definitely have better rates than DU, but I was worried about the cancellation fee as well. I am working with Michelle & she has been great, but she is not aware of the 1st timer credit, so she is going to check it out.

Overall, I'm tickled pink :Pinkbounc that the AS-Mu is only $59 a night! No waiting for codes, or worrying about AP rates! ;)

Now, if I can just decide between cat. 10 on deck 1/2 or or cat. 11 on deck 7 aft???
