have to add a 2 year old to existing adr's?:confused3

quick background, I'm planning trips for 3 families to go to wdw this June  . My family, my aunt and uncles, and my moms best friend.

Well everything was fine, until today!

I have all our ADR's ready, and everything is planned, we have several meals that are supposed to be for a group of 8, 5 adults & 3 kids (6,11 & 12)

well today my aunt tells my mom they're thinking about taking their other grandson 2 with them now. Before he was going to stay home with his dad b/c they thought he was too young to take, but now grandpa wants to take him with them.

but now I'm worried about the ADR's I've made. Is it that big of a deal to add a high chair to a table? and now I'm worried I won't be able to simply add him to our adr's, I don't want to lose what we have, but I don't want to just show up with an extra person, even though he's a little guy :rotfl:

Call the dining reservation line and see what they have to say. I can't imagine it'd be a big deal to add him...

There are never any guarantees when changing party sizes.

That said, you should probably have not too much trouble. I can't imagine that there are that many tables "for 7" out there... you're likely already taking up a table for 8.

If you were going from 4 to 5 or from 8 to 9 (or, to a lesser extent, 6 to 7), then I'd be worried.
