I have read elsewhere a family used this service,I have never heard of it. We always just stay at the airport Hyatt the night before. They liked it but before we commit I would like to get some additional feedback on it. Thanks in advance.smjj

We just returned from 7 nights on the Fantasy. We used goport, stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites Orlando Airport at Gateway Village. The service was excellent, went off without a hitch. We will use them again if we sail out of PC!

Edited to add: some hotels have earlier pickups than others. Ours was one of the earliest that was how we chose it.

We've used them 3 times and will be using them again next week. We always pick a different hotel. Have used Marriott once and the 2 different Hampton Inns. Was happy with all three. Will be staying at different Marriott next week. We always stay at a hotel by MCO. That way you just call the hotel and they come and get you right away, usually around 10-15 min wait. If you stay at a hotel by the port, the transport only comes every other hour, so could be a long wait depending on when your flight arrives.

That is what my parents used - or were supposed to - when they had to get an Uber and almost missed the ship because their shuttle never showed up even after multiple calls by them AND the Hampton Inn manager. Based on the stress they dealt with, I wouldn’t ever use them.

Yikes!! Was that recently? When we used them in 2017 Goport used a bus company for transport, don't remember which one. They now own their own buses that they use. We've used them 3 times since 2017 with no problems, hopefully we won't have any like your parents had.

I used them in August and it went really smoothly! It's not as door-to-door as the Disney port transportation or an Uber would be, but it is a lot cheaper. On the way to the cruise, we stopped at 2 hotels to pick up guests, and we dropped off at two other cruise ships before getting to the Disney ship. On the way back, it was quick and easy.

It was for the WBPC last year.

We just used them for our RCCL cruise in December. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Orlando Airport. Quick and easy. I would definitely use it again. The shuttle was a full size bus and was full from people staying at our hotel and picked us up at 9:30.

That's very odd. I would have expected other people staying at the hotel would have been stranded as well. When we checked in at the Holiday Inn, they told us they had nothing to do with goport.com shuttle and that if we had any questions that we needed to contact them directly.

Well, there were not on that day. If there were other DCL people staying there (also not a guarantee) they likely either took the DCL bus (what my sister and I had recommended our parents do since it's a free 5-minute shuttle back to MCO to get the DCL bus) or used another method. They DID contact the shuttle company directly, but the hotel manager was trying to help them as well since they had the room and shuttle bundled.

That must have been very frustrating for your parents. Did they ever figure out what happened?

No. They were in touch with my sister (who was working on the ship) and finally - after being told they "must have missed it" which they had not as they were in the lobby where they had been told to be 30 minutes before their pick-up - made the call to get an Uber and were there before the cut off but were almost the last people on board.

We love goportcanaveral! We have used them 3 times already and everything has been seemless so far.

Us too. Btw, they've changed their name recently
It's now just goport(they got rid of the canaveral at the end). I'm thinking about changing our 2021 cruise to one out of Miami. I wish there was a goport out of Miami, having the hotel-transport bundle so easy.

Good to know. Thanks! I am about to book them again next month!
