So I cashed a few points to get these $100 cards and this far found out Walmart won't accept them. Do you know if the Bay will accept them? Also, it says they can be used in the US but can they??

I know this is an old thread, but there was no response ...
Walmart is able to except them no problem. I'm not sure where you went, but they are basically cash. There is a different way of putting them in the system since they are not credit cards. For example, if your bill is $125, they need to enter the amount as $100 exactly - and you pay difference- because it is not a credit card. A CSR should have been able to do this for you.
You should be able to use them anywhere Amex is accepted.
I have used them at Disney in the US. But, in the US, they need to call the number on the back of the card to get the exact exchange amount and apply that. I used it at hotel check-in, and it took the CM quite awhile in the back room to get all the details worked out. They then gave me a credit against the room for the amount as they had already charged through the entire amount of my room-only to my credit card before checking in! ... But that's another story!
So, if you have time & a little patience, you can bring them to the US.
