1st off, let's have a little education. Alligators/
Crocs should be considered to be in every body of fresh water in the entire state of Florida, streams, ponds, lakes, ditches, and yes, even Cinderella's castle moat, etc. They want to stay away from humans & they don't rise up over the side of of boat structures to eat people, akin to the 'Jaws' movie. If you should encounter one in the water...paddles up, glide past each other & start paddling again. This is nothing close to the same as swimming in the water.
Secondly, this is a FW activity & since they have their own section of the DIS it is best asked over on their threads. Its been awhile, but I've stayed at both WL & FW. FW has a lot of nice activity offerings, including fishing & archery. They have hay rack rides & carriage rides in the evening. They even had parasailing (currently??). They have a 1 mike walking path to connect the 2 resorts & they used to have a direct bus connecting them but you'll want to make sure that's still operating.
