Last week I had jaw surgery and now that I am home from the hospital I am on a liquid diet. I had mad lasagna before the surgery and it is in the oven now for DH & DD - it sure smells good. I am tempted to put some in the blender just to see what will happen. I am sick of soup & pudding!!! Oh well, I will let you know what I decide.

ah the beloved "Puree diet" poor you!

The lasagna will taste ok.. if you can bear to look at the " pink mush" in your bowl..

Hope you feel better soon.. and then it will be on to semi-solids !!

Best wishes!

Haven't put Lasagna in the blender, but I remember putting Eggplant Parmgiana in the blender so my 9 month old could eat it! And he loved it!

Hope it won't be too long before you are feeling better and moving on to solid foods again!

Go for it! Also try McDonald's hamburgers in the blender if you like them (my MIL liked these when she was sick).

Make mashed potatoes and gravy. How about macaroni and cheese?

{{HUGS}} What else would you like me to amke you? Would you like some homemade soup?

I had a gum graft done at Christmastime when I was in college, and enjoyed a lovely TurDukEn blended smoooth with mashed potatoes. My mom also concocted an egg/milk/cheese smoothie that wasn't all that bad. Good luck!

I first saw this and asked.... Why??? But hey lasagna is goos no matter how ya have to eat it.. Except maybe raw. The pasta strips would be a little hard to eat...

The lasagna wasn't bad!!! Tonight it is chicken fajitas, I don't think I will risk that though. At least there is some leftover lasagna to blend:p Thanks for the good wishes!!!

Where there is a will, there is a way!!!
