Anyone ever pick up tickets at Ticketmania?

I'm going to buy tix from Ticketmania, and am considering picking them up at their office in Orlando. Anyone done this before? Would you recommend? Not recommend? Any thoughts?

I have. It was easy enough. The only reason I would do it though is if you think you need to because of time constraints. We didn't use the "extra stuff" we got for picking up in person, nor do I expect we will in the future. It took us about 45 minutes to go there from our hotel on 192 (Comfort Suites), pick up the tickets and come back.

We did last year. It was very easy and we got some extra goodies with the tickets. Lots of brochures for different attractions. We also got 2 free passes for mini golf which was fun and they even photo copied our tickets for us.

We didn't use the golf tickets, but I guess they don't expire. I had forgotten about the photocopying - that was a nice bonus, but I think they do that when they mail them too. If they deliver them to the hotel, it's probably even more important that they do it, since it would be harder for you to do it, so I assume they do it then as well.

Do they not offer to deliver it right to your hotel or villa anymore?

I had them deliver it to the hotel the one and only time I'd used them in the past. I had no problems, no complaints and the service was free....
