Anyone ever make a PS and then

find out they aren't in their computer?? I called this morning for PS's and change 2 that I had already made from a party of 3 to 5 (my parents decided to join us). When the CM went to delete the party of 3's, one was in the computer and the other was not.

I think I will call again closer to our trip to confirm the new PS's I made.

Has this happened to anyone and when you got to the restaurant and found out you didn't actually have the PS?? Did you have to wait without one or did they treat you like you had a PS???

Yes, I always double check and sometimes triple check. I've had several mistakes. When I called this morning I had doubles of several places, she couldn't figure out how that happened. Plus a few were mixed up. I'm really hoping it's straight now!! LOL

So yes, it would be a good idea to check on them a few weeks before leaving.

Always get and keep the confirmation numbers with you when you go to WDW. Often if you are able to provide them with the confirmation number it will be okay even if they say they can't find your name or reservation. I was on the phone last week to make some adjustments and the CM said I didn't have any made at all instead of the 12 or so I should have had. After about 5 minutes of trying to figure it out we realized she was spelling the last name wrong. I was so relieved that they didn't disappear. Just remember those confirmation numbers and you should be okay.
