Anyone ever made homemade Epcot passports?

So I am thinking about making homemade passports for Epcot. What it will entail? I have no idea. Room for each country, the stamp from Kidcot stations, room for character signature, name in the different language.

Anyone ever done something like this before? I'd rather not re-invent the wheel. My creativity is already on vacation.

On our last trip we saw a family that did this. The mom was saying she had to do it to prove the kids were learning something since they were missing school. It was a page for each country. There was a spot for the stamp, and then four or five questions for the kids to get answered. Is the country hot or cold at this time of year? Favorite food? How to say hello? I think she also had their name written in the language of the country. It was very creative and we were thinking of using it as an idea for the future when we take DD out of school.
