Anyone ever go through smartcruiser.com?

Has anyone ever used smartcruiser.com to book a cruise? I found them through cruisecompete and they have a great rate. Just wanted some opinions from those who've had experience with them.
 
We booked an NCL cruise through them last fall. Worked out fine.
