Anyone ever flown Hawaiin Airlines??

We used to use them when we lived in Vegas and phoenix for our Hawaii trips. They have always been awesome. Really gets you in the aloha spirit from the minute you check in. Planes are nice too. Highly recommend them.

Usually the fares are higher on Hawaiian than Alaska Airlines, (depending on season, it can be a little higher or a lot higher) but the planes are much nicer, and they feed you! Its like flying used to be back when I was young ...

I tend to fly Alaska despite issues we've had (often because they keep giving us credits since things get screwed up), but if the prices aren't too far apart Hawaiian is great.

We used them for inter-island travel and they were ok. The planes were very packed though, luckly it was only a 30 minute flight!

We flew Hawaiian to Honolulu several years ago. Nice airline. We could have done without the 3 hour delay due to mechanical issues though on our outbound flight.

Flew Hawaiian last year from Phx to Honolulu and interisland. Great airline to fly with nice new planes and great service..highly recommended.

Being from HI, I prefer flying on HAL over any other major airlines. Here's a tip...when flying to Oahu, try to purchase a seat on the right side of the plane, you'll get to see the south side of the island (Diamond Head, Waikiki, Ala Moana, etc). Have fun!

Yes a few years back went from Oahu to Big Island and had no issued at all.

We have used them on inter-island flights before and I am price watching them for our trip to Aulani this summer. Right now tho they're a little higher than say Delta and I am not in love with their routes / times.... But they're a fine airline I think if they come down to having what you're looking for as far as price & times.
