Anyone ever catch an error in a show?

Welcome to the dis, Krista. Most people here are nice and good, some are not. Hang around, you'll see.'s

Thanks for sharing your experience, it was very interesting.

Yes! Well said. I'm glad this this thread started. It's funny to see all these goofs. I love live theater...and mishaps are just part of the charm. Some of the examples in this thread have made me laugh today...so thank you!!

Poor Mr. Lincoln indeed! :rotfl2:

1. A similar thing happened to a friend of mine years ago when we were working at Disneyland's Great Moments W/ Mr. Lincoln (this was the surround sound version with Lincoln Giving The Gettysburg Address). There was some sort of loud audio pop, which was followed by the Lincoln AA having a mechanical failure...it was near the end of the show and the curtain closed and the attraction went down. The best part...?

The guest who came up to my friend and declared that she liked the show, however it should be noted that Lincoln was shot at Ford's Theater, and not Gettysburg...

2. I may or may not have photos of a one eyed chip at the WDW Beauty and The Beast Show from my trip a couple of years ago...

Hilarious!
Love it!

Sorry I just don't understand the point of the post/thread?...Any production can have errors, movies, I have seen them on Broadway.

I have to agree with @hiroMYhero here. Knowing how Disney is about safety for their guests and cast, it's a bit perplexing that so many unsafe instances took place and the show was not cancelled. Safety trumps show....always.

To answer the original question, I have not seen an error during a Disney show or Attraction. I'm not saying it's not possible, I've just never seen one. o_O

Always wondered if Ariel ever had problems with her fins lol

These videos are making my day!

Let's face it, Disney is very good at live entertaining, but with the multitude of shows they put on every day, something is bound to go wrong at some point. I'm just thankful we live in the age of recorded video and internet so we all get to enjoy the bloopers!:rotfl2:

I don't know if it's part of the show (I've only seen it once), but during Beauty and the Beast live on stage one of the actors lost his hat. It was the bit where a bunch of actors form a line and pass pieces of silverware, one to the other. The actor gamely smiled and kept up his act while a stagehand retrieved his hat and gave it back to him when the bit was over.

I remember it so vividly because the actor had frosted tips on his hair - that stood out to me for some reason :D

Not part of the show.
