Anyone Ever Book Vrbo#93603??

I have never rented a condo before, so this is my first try and am super nervous! Has anyone out there ever worked with Patrick Sallarulo on VRBO#9363? I have booked this for a stay from 12-13 to 12-21 and am soooo nervous about it that I have a stomach ache. Any input would be great!!!

Looks great to me!
Location is excellent, King bed, great view, and price is right...go for it...only thing is make sure the elevators are working!!
You will love a condo vs a hotel...the space, the privacy, and bathrooms for all!!!

Since this is listed on VRBO you can go to their "Rent with Confidence" site and register if you just booked. Take a look at the site

If it's too late to do that then you can be assured that if anyone had a problem with them it would have been reported by now since this owner has been listed on VRBO since June 5, 2006 ( at the bottom of the site).
You can read the previous guest comments and ask for references. You could also perhaps contact the Blue Heron Beach Resort desk ( if there is one )and ask about this owner. http://www.blueheronbeachresort.com/
