I've been to a few. They have a giant one at the EEE every year. I've been to that one twice and then one at community college in rhode island.
Both really good. That was when scrapping was just new on the scene. They had a little scrappy stuff. I'm sure there will be more now. The big e one had lots of make and takes. Where is the one this weekend??
It was fun. If you get the chance I think you should go !!
I've been to the one at the Big E too! It's okay, lots and lots of shopping. There are a few make and takes there, but it's mostly stamping, not so much scrappy stuff.
October 2 - apparently this is the same company, but there are no classes listed here and probably not near as many vendors as at the E. If I go to that, then I can't go cropping the next weekend. I HATE living so far away from the action.
There is always a large expo in the Metro Detroit area on Mother's Day. I try to go every year - you get to see the latest and greatest, they have great classes, and a lot of the vendors have free "make and takes" where you create something using a new product, and get to take it home. I'd recommend going at least once!
I have gone to one here in Chicago a few times. I would have to say it's about 90% stamping. there is usually one booth that has a lot of different scrapbooking stuff. but I didn't think it was worth the $10 admission fee. I only spent $8 on product! lol.
If you like stamping, it's definitely worth it! But for strictly scrappers, I would pass.
