Anyone Else...

Have everything we received in place and am taking down Christmas decorations tomorrow. I am like you. Once any holiday is over it is over.

Usually I start to slowly undecorate on the first. It generally takes me that whole first week of January.

I insist on keeping my decorations up until after my birthday (Dec 29).
Plus, my tree is still in really great shape. It hasn't dried out at all. It would be a shame to take it down :D

I do!!! However, I stick to a snowman theme (no Christmas colors or Christmas symbols) so that it can stay through the winter season.

We have a fake tree, so that may make a difference

but we wait until school starts, makes it much easier. The first week back at school (starts 1/6 here) and DH works on packing it all up while we are off at work and school. Takes him most of the week.

No! It's not over until we celebrate New Years!
Mine will come down January 4th. It's a Saturday and I'm off.
Also I want to get everything put away before we go on our trip.

I leave mine up until after Epiphany.

And I wish I could leave it up all winter long. I suffer from SAD, I think. Sunlight Affected Disorder, I think that stands for? Hate not having light, so I make artificial light. Even after I take the Christmas tree down, I leave the twinkly lights around my mantel all winter long.

We've been sick with the flu so our decorations won't come down til next week.:p

Ours stays up til my birthday. Then it can come down...
