Do you ever wonder how some of your co-workers manage to go to the bathroom by themselves without having someone tell them which stall to go in, how many tissues to use, which way to turn the handle to flush, which sink to use, how much soap, how warm should the water be, how many towels to dry their hands effectively. :sad2: :headache:

I'm having a bad day...can you tell? :sad2:

Yep I have one word for you....our RECEPTIONIST!!
OMG, the woman is completely clueless , that is my nicer version of saying a complete Moron!!!

We've got one in our office that can't make a decision without having it in writing. I'm sure she's got written instructions somewhere about how to use the restroom...

I here you! It's not rocket science. And if you think I really care, you are sadly mistaken. (That is care about how you go to the bathroom).

I used to work with a woman who had step by step instructions written on how to do every single aspect of her job - including how to open the mail, how to answer the phone, etc. The sad thing is that she used to write the instructions down wrong, and end up doing things wrong. Then she would tell me that I was wrong in correcting her, because her instructions said something different.

What's worse than that is working with a bunch of so called "LADIES" who do not know how to clean up after themselves.:sad2: If they remember to flush, then they leave tp or paper towels all over the place. It is sooo disgusting in the bathroom here! Not to mention the people who apparently think they're home & think you want to share in their personal perfume! :crazy2:

What's so bad is this guy has written instructions and is not new - he has had this job for about 2 or 3 years. Here is an example of our conversation:

Clueless dude: The instructions say to _______. Is that what I need to do?
Me: Well, I'm not familiar with that process, but if that's what the instructions say, then yes I would think so.
Clueless dude: Next is says I need to _________. Do I need to do that?
Me. If that's what it says, then yes.
Clueless dude: It says I need to send an email to _______. Can you review it for me before I send it?
Me: I really don't think I need to. I'm sure it'll be fine, just go ahead and send it.
Clueless Dude: Oh, no, I want to be sure it is right!
Clueless Dude: Now it says I need to also send an email to _________. Do I need to do that?
Me: If that's what the instructions say, then yes.

(anyone see a pattern here?)

:crazy2:

Uh, yeah, I do work with someone like that. And even writing it down doesn't help--because this person doesn't think to look for the paper. In the binder. With all the instructions.

Her twin works in my office. BTDT.

Oh my, are you really working in NYC? Because I swear I have had that same conversation with our clueless guy!

:rotfl: :lmao: OMG, I can SO relate to all of this! So nice to know it isn't limited to my office.
