I think Tara finally felt comfortable enough to let her guards down, and then Jesse crushed her. This poor girl has been brought up to believe that there is no such thing as love..........then she genuinely fell in love..........and will probably find it hard to let anyone in again.

I find it hard to believe that this show found it's way to the bottom of a trash barrel this season. The whole Trish thing ~ especially her busting in on the date last week.........and now having Jessica *watch* Tara's dumping. Unbelievable...........

Like others have mentioned ~ ~ Tara wound up the real winner. She was rid of Jesse the Loser!

I agree, the whole season was one sleazy thing after another, starting with the whole 'spy' thing and ending with Jessica watching Tara get her heart broken. It was one long sleazefest. I do think the producers caught on that people were disgusted and that is why they didn't drag out the season by having the special week of the 'girls reveal all' and showed it last week before the regular show.

Am I the only one who can't stand Tara? I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. Did they ever mention what happened to her mother? I thought her father was a real piece of work. If I was Jesse I would have ran as fast as I could once I met her Dad.

I liked tara, and I think she was the real winner last night. I hope after watching last night she's thanking her lucky stars that he chose Jessica.

epcotfan ~ You are not the only one who can't stand Tara. I don't like her either...never have. I thought the whole bit in the limo getting to the ceremony was a tad overdone and thought she was just putting on an act. C'mon! If you ask me, she is the immature one.

I like Jessica but not all that crazy for Jesse. However, I am not dating him so it really doesn't matter to me.

Nope you're not the only one I thought the whole dad with the shotgun thing kind of creepy. I also thought she seemed stuck up, of course that could have been the way the show was edited. Then again, I didn't really like Jesse all that much either ...

Jessica never even said in her testimonials or to Jesse that she loved him, just that she was "head over heels crazy for him"...combine that with the fact he didn't propose and I smell distaster, lol. I think Tara was just nervous and that's what caused all the sickness, etc...and I feel she was justified in saying that things that happened were "inappropriate" if he didn't really love her (maybe she is suggesting they did sleep together??)

I thought it was interesting that Tara did most of the talking when they were at the podium. Usually the girl walks up, the guy tells her she looks beautiful, and then he goes on to say what an amazing girl she is, blah blah blah, and then he always says BUT...
I've fallen in love with someone else.

This time Tara did all the talking and Jesse didn't really get a chance to give his whole dumping speech. I'm pretty sure she knew exactly how it was going to go down. He did manage to squeeze in the "I've fallen in love with someone else" part though.

I truly liked Tara alot! Like I said...........she was the real winner last night ~ she was rid of *Jesse the Loser*! I think the real reason that Jesse picked Jessica over Tara was because of his mom...........a man is not happy until his mom is happy, and she point blank had her nose held high in the air towards Tara.

Personally, I think Jessica is all about his money. Tara truly had her whole heart in it............and I did not really see this with Jessica. Even my daughter who hadn't seen any of the episodes this season before last night didn't like Jessica. Her bf and a friend of his were over as well, and they both thought Jessica was *prettier* than Tara, but thought Tara was more sincere and into Jesse than Jessica was.

Oh well.........to each their own!!!

I'm also wondering what's going to happen to the ring? Does he keep it? Give it back? Give it to her later (HA HA HA.... sorry, forgot for a minute there that this thing will be over within a week.)

I now understand why ABC put so much emphasis on Trish. Without her, this season was as bland as dry toast. No sparks, no chemistry, no romance. Nada.

Jessica watching through the window was weird. And a bit tacky. I sort of assumed he met with her first because Tara's limo had to pull over. For a minute there at the end, I thought Tara was going to break it off with him before he had the chance to dump her. Sort of wish she would have done that.

Thankfully this season is now over! Maybe these two will be like Meridith and Ian - once the show ended, they disappeared from sight.
