Anyone else watching "Revenge"?

Did I miss an episode? I thought this week was going to be the NYE party that was starting last week.
:confused3

Any idea why White Haired Man has so many clocks? There has to be some significance to it....

You know crazy Amanda has to show up for the finale. I'm thinking that its possible that the people that the white haired man works for is Takada. I really like Nolan he is probably my favorite character so of course I'm hoping that he lives. What can Season 2 bring?? So there has to be a lot of unresolved issues to correct next year. Someone has to die but it can't be too big a character I'm actually hoping its Lydia. Conrad and Victoria need to be around for drama. I'm hoping Daniel is actually being a double agent and not becoming "a Grayson".

Wow! A lot going on! When I heard "somebody dies" , I wasn't expecting that! Can't wait to see what happens!!

Wow is right. Can someone please tell me what she said at the end? Ive rewound it a few times and still can't figure it out!

So, who is dead? Victoria? Charlotte? Lydia? This is going to be interesting!

I THINK she said, "Let it run." Meaning the video that Nolan has.

I loved the episode, but I hate, hate, hate the fake Amanda pregnancy thing. I mean I knew that Jack and Emily were not going to end up together in the first season, but I think that adding a baby is just insane and unnecessary. I really dislike the fake Amanda anyway, and the baby just complicates the whole thing long term. If the baby ends up NOT being Jacks, then that is just soooo cliche. Why why why do shows do this?

And yes, for any other Mentalist fans out there, I think the baby thing with Rigsby was just as goofy and annoying.

Other than that, I thought the season ender was awesome. More bad guys for next season and more revenge to get. I don't believe that Charlotte or Victoria are really dead, so we'll get more awesome Emily /Victoria interaction!

 <------- Me, last night

I'm not sure I closed my mouth or left the edge of the couch the entire hour. That was one heck of a season finale.

I agree about the "Amanda" pregnancy, though it does set up an interesting cliche. Emily found someone willing to take over her life, and now that she wants to go back to being herself, take her life back and come clean with Jack, she can't. The fake Amanda has stepped into the role so seamlessly thus far and seemed to be enjoying the irony of it last night. When Emily was standing outside the bar crying, I said to DH, "Oh what a tangled web we weave ..."

DH doesn't think they will have killed off Victoria and Lydia AND destroyed the evidence all at once. He thinks the accident was staged, and that Charlotte is the one who stands the strongest possibility of actually being dead. If Charlotte is dead, think of all the juicy conflict THAT sets up (inner and amongst each other).

Gotta say it again - LOVE this show!

OH, is THAT what she said?

No, I don't think so. I read that "somebody dies" and couldn't wait to see who it was.

Victoria can't die. But she was pretty stupid getting on that plane after Conrad just threatened to kill her! She should know what he is capable of. I think there were two planes and the white haired guy was tampering with Lydias plane. Conrad knew she knew something and wanted her gone especially when she td him "her father had a heart attack". He was on to her.

I dont think Charlotte dies either.

I hate that Amanda was pregnant too but I don't think it's Jack's baby. She was a stripper, right? I bet she got pregnant before she even met Jack.

Can't wait to see who Emily's mother is??!!

So glad Nolan is ok :)

Victoria is far from stupid. I don't think she got on the plane Conrad expected her to get on - she has plenty of her own connections. I think she had her own plane waiting.

Is it possible "Amanda" is faking the pregnancy? Did Takeda (sp?) hide her all that time knowing she was pregnant?

Will Daniel turn to Ashley now?? I don't think Charlotte is dead, I think it will be Lydia.

Wow, what a long summer this is going to be!!!

ITA. I think that's why they showed the plane scenes so carefully.

I admit to being a little uncomfortable about the direction of the show. As a disgruntled Alias viewer, the idea of an un-dead mommy and mysterious international organizations leaves me with a been there done that feeling and also, dread. Alias mucked up the relationships, the storyline, and the conclusion so badly, I still have the twitches thinking about it so I don't want this show to go down that path.

I also need more of an explanation of why Daniel turned from a puppy dog into a Conrad mini-me.

Ah ok LOL!

Same here. It will be interesting to see if she will be an ally.

That was my thinking as well. Conrad pretty much spelled it out for her. She's a smart cookie and the way they showed her getting on the plane led me to think she knew exactly what she was doing.

When I heard that whole international organization thing I did groan. I hope it doesn't go this route. I like the simple revenge, getting one over thing , the show has going. I don't want this show to lose any of its originality.

As far as Daniel, Im with you too. I'm having a tough time understanding how the "switch" happened with him. It's like it wasn't developed enough.

The Ashley thing with Daniel could be fun. It creates a further enemy.

Now we wait until season 2.

The problem with Charlotte being dead is that Declan suddenly serves no purpose. Unless Declan is suddenly going off to boarding school, and leaving the show (which seems pretty unlikely), I think Charlotte will live.

Did Conrad really threaten to kill her? I think that whatever group the family is tangled up with has so much power that what he was telling her was that THEY would kill her. I think he was warning her.

Also, I don't think that the white haired man (I usually call him Bill, because I miss 24 so much :rotfl:) is going to go after Emily. He knows that she is pretending to be Emily, He knows that she is after Revenge, he knows that she was engaged to Conrad's son at the time, yet he said nothing at all to him. It will be interesting to see why.

I too thought that Conrad was trying to warn her.

The white haired man absolutely let Emily go. He knew exactly who she was and that she was spying on Conrad through the photograph. He's got plans for her.

HATED that Amanda is back and pregnant. You can tell that Jack wasn't real thrilled either. I was hoping they'd bring him into the loop (speaking of) like they eventually did with Will on Alias.

I was engrossed in this show until they went on break. Right before the break, it became obvious that they were going to change Daniel's character. Daniel was my favorite character, so I have five episodes sitting on my DVR, not sure if I'm going to watch them.

Emily Van Camp and the guy who plays Jack do NOT look like a good couple to me!

That is so funny! I adore Jack as a character, and think that he and Emily make a GREAT couple. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Daniel and Jack were really the only two in the show that we completely innocent (I suppose Declan too) and they have kind of ruined Daniel. I would have liked to see if Emily would have screwed Daniel over even as an innocent to get her Revenge. Now we will never know.

Watch the Episodes. Even with the Daniel change, they are still awesome shows. :)
