Anyone else waiting to add on BWV June UY thru DVC?

Hi,

Just wondering how many others are on the BWV wait list for June UY. DH & I got on the list early March for a small add on & the wait is driving me nuts! I actually thought it would take a few days at the most and it's been almost three months.

We just returned from our first DVC trip (purchased SSR in November & will be spending a week there in October, but for this 2 night trip last week, we wanted to try BWV, since that was where my attack of addonitis struck). I have to say that the first day I was really torn between staying on the BWV list or switching over to a BCV add on. BCV seemed sooo much closer to Epcot and either one seemed like a very long walk to MGM. But.....by the end of that first day I had absolutely fallen in love with the Boardwalk and knew for sure that that was where I wanted to add on. Sitting in front of the bakery with our morning coffee & muffins and watching the "world" wake up, all of the food choices (from funnel cakes, chili dogs, fries all the way to incredible sit down meals), and just strolling the boardwalk at night watching the entertainment, was enough to hook me!

Anyway, would love to hear from others that are "patiently" waiting for their BWV June UY to come thru.

I'm not waiting for a BWV add-on but my goodness do I wish I was!!!!! Like you we stayed at BWV recently and fell in love.....

We're in line behind you. In fact, we put our names on the list today---it is our anniversary today and our present to each other!

Anyways, I didn't have alot of hope, but now I have even less that we would actually get something in the next few days and then get double the points (before June). Sigh....

We are also on the waitlist for March. I don't know if alot of people are waiting for March or what. We have 2 BWV contracts--1 March and 1 June.

We are going to re-evaluate in later June because that's when our guide told us the price goes up.

We love BWV too, can't wait to go back. We did stay at BCV just this past month and really really liked it though.

Good luck with your wait too -- my hope for those "extra" '05 points is quickly disappearing. Every day since March 7th, I've told my DH "I have a feeling that this is the day!" But with only a few days left before May 31st, I'm almost ready to admit defeat (but not enough to stop checking my credit card online at least twice a day to see if the deposit has posted LOL).

Oh well, it will still be great to (eventually) have '06 & beyond BWV points!

Just wanted to post an update. Our guide called today and our BWV June UY add-on came thru. With only 5 days left before the start of the new use year, we received the '05 points and have already banked them!

Never give up hope!!!
